At Millennium, we want to make care available to all our clients. With that in mind, we have
structured our insurance policy and fees to make our services affordable, confidential and
client friendly; all important considerations when choosing a provider.

Fees
Our clinicians’ fees are determined based on a number of factors including type of services
provided, delivery format and experience and certifications of the clinician(s).

Insurance
A significant portion of services offered at Millennium Counseling are covered by most major
insurance plans and carriers. Though insurance plans vary, most insured clients are able to receive
some reimbursement for outpatient mental health services, ranging from 25% to 75%. We provide
monthly itemized statements for submission to insurance companies or HSA plans.
