During the past 15 years, Lisa has worked as a
counselor, pastor, leadership development consultant,
interventionist and public speaker. She has extensive
postgraduate training in counseling, leadership
development, group dynamics, Bowen Family
Systems Theory, spiritual direction and mediation.
She holds two Masters degrees; one in education
from Garrett-Evangelical Seminary at Northwestern
University, the other in counseling from National-
